Account Manager (Brokers Channel)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Originate, develop and maintain professional relationship with intermediaries

2.Ensure competitive standard of services and supports are provided to intermediaries

3.Achieve business targets of assigned channel and affinity partners also for New Business growth

4.Acquire new partners and set up with sustainable business model

5.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop health propositions

6.Proactively organize or participate in channel activities to generate new business relationships

7.Tailor made marketing programs and customer campaign offer to fit business partner needs

8.Assist on any ad-hoc business projects

任职要求

Job Requirements:

1.University graduate or above

2.Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2

3.CII/ANZIIF is preferred

4.Preferably 8 years’ experience in general insurance industry

5.Good customer servicing, interpersonal and communication skill

6.Strong general insurance product knowledge is a must

7.Entrepreneur spirit, can-do attitude, and good problem-solving skills

8.Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

9.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

10.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin

11.Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with good potential of business mindset, communication skills, and knowledge of insurance will be considered
