Insurance Core Systems Product Manager

职位描述

1.Responsible for insurance core system planning, including policy service, insurance claims and other insurance underwriting claims service whole process demand analysis and progress follow-up;

2.Response and analyze the needs of the business sector, according to the product planning and implementation of reasonable, effective monitoring of the project development progress, testing progress, control the key aspects of the project;

3.Responsible for cooperation with users and developers, responsible for the coordination and management of the demand realization link;

4.Responsible for daily demand collection, business process sorting, analyzing problems and proposing solutions to continuously improve the efficiency of user experience and operation;

5.Responsible for the acceptance and confirmation of requirements delivery to ensure that the business objectives are achieved.

任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, computer and related science and technology professional background is preferred;

2.More than 3 years of insurance core system product design and requirements analysis related experience, have a certain understanding of insurance products, insurance company operations in all aspects, with internal system from 0 to 1 project experience is preferred;

3.Good communication and coordination skills, horizontal integration and internal empowerment, with more than three people team management experience is preferred;

4.Skilled in the use of Visio, Axure, Excel, PPT and other software, able to output high-quality system requirements documents;

5.Familiar with the whole process of software development, including requirements analysis, functional design, business process design, interface design, development, testing, on-line acceptance and other processes;

6.Understanding of insurance business processes, with business requirements analysis capabilities and rigorous logical thinking; excellent language, communication, organization and coordination skills;

7.With property insurance core system development experience is appropriate to relax the standards.
