Operation Analyst of Accident and Health Insurance

职位描述

1.Work with team to handle daily insurance policy administration. Responsible for policy and endorsement issuance for new and renewal business. Handle billing, movement update and premium adjustment issuance

2.According to product revamping and operation streamlining objectives, by learning and collecting information about current practices, research and develop solutions to system enhancement

3.Consult and work with business units like underwriting, claims, product, finance and sales team to create user requirement to achieve business objectives

4.Work with IT and operations project team to implement user requirement and establish UAT testing with the objective of standardization, effective execution, and quality improvement

5.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and feedback from users

6.Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above (preferably in insurance, computer science and business analysis fields) with minimum 5 years’ experience in policy administration and related system enhancement project

2.Proficiency in MS Office. Skills in Excel pivot table and PowerPoint presentation is must

3.Knowledge in Employee Benefits and health Insurance will be an advantage

4.Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, detail and user-friendly oriented, able to contribute optimized and innovative solutions to work process and always puts customer at the center of decision making

5.Proactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agile solutions with stakeholder and relationship management skills

6.Ability to work independently and with others. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

7.Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress

8.Fluent in spoken/written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and excellent command of English
