职位描述

1. Handle marine claims efficiently and effectively in accordance with company’s guidelines

2. Closely monitor and follow up outstanding claims and payments

3. Promptly identify and procure recovery

4. Communicate with policy holders, intermediaries and service providers to provide high quality claims services to customers

5. Provide general administrative support to the team head

6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

任职要求

1. Degree holder preferably in insurance or shipping/logistics discipline

2. At least 3 years of marine claims handling experience

3. Customer-oriented, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to work hard and learn

5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

6. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Windows, Word and Excel, etc.
