Digital Product Officer / Business Analyst, Claims - Junior to Intermediate

职位描述

1. Perform business process analysis to recommend areas of workflow and productivity improvement by driving enhancements on IT systems

2. Coordinate, gather and analyze internal claims staff’s feedbacks on IT systems to identify areas of system improvement, especially for time efficiency and user experience

3. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Prepare professional technical documentation (including requirement, functional and technical specifications, and test cases/ matrix).

4. Define and propose solutions for problems and examine the feasibility of the solutions

5. Maintain project documentation

6. Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT (including tracking and fixing) and provide end user training

7. Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

任职要求

1. Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of financial institution or insurance industry will be an asset

3. Experience in project management, data analysis and business intelligence is a definite advantage

4. Good communication, analytical, project management skills, and able to work independently

5. Strong sense of responsibility & accountability, and willing to learn

6. Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

8. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
