Marine Claims Officer

职位描述

1. Handle marine claims efficiently and effectively in accordance with company’s guidelines;

2. Closely monitor and follow up outstanding claims and payments;

3. Promptly identify and procure recovery;

4. Communicate with policy holders, intermediaries and service providers to provide high quality claims services to customers;

5. Provide general administrative support to the team head;

6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

任职要求

1. Degree holder preferably in insurance or shipping/logistics discipline;

2. At least 3 years of marine claims handling experience;

3. Customer-oriented, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to work hard and learn;

5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

6. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Window, Word and Excel, etc.
