职位描述

1.Recommend controls by identifying problems; write improved procedures and design modifications.

2.Listen attentively to the voice of insurance operation team and continuously pursue improving user’s experience. Liaise between IT team and user groups to solve problems and push for progress.

3.Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and feedback from users.

4.Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

5.Suggest changes to management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.

6.Ad-hoc work in the field assigned by manager/supervisor.

任职要求

1.Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study, new graduate will be considered on merit basis.

2.2-4 years of relevant work experience will definitely be an advantage.

3.Knowledge in General Insurance operation process will be an advantage.

4.Detail and user-friendly oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Love learning how things work and always look for innovative solutions to develop and improve processes.

5.Ability to work independently and with others.

6.Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

7.Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically.

8.Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Be eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone in both Cantonese and Mandarin, from explaining the meaning of certain metrics, to responding to support issues over email.

9.Excellent Excel skills. SQL, JAVA or other programming experience will be an strong plus.
