工作目的

Design pipelines for factory change projects and provide engineering support for other requirements.

为工厂变更项目进行管道设计，为其他要求提供工程支持。

工作维度

Internally, this position will work with project engineer, technologist in MFT, plant engineers, IT application analyst. Externally, engineering designers from vendors.

在内部，该职位将与项目工程师、MFT技术专家、工厂工程师、IT应用分析师合作。外部，来自供应商的工程设计师。

工作职责

1. Ensure compliance to HSE standards and requirements to make the plant a safe place to work in.

2. Perform detail engineering design and drafting for plant change requests in compliance with DEP requirements and China standard/code, and in-house requirements.

3. Provide piping material estimate to support cost estimate for plant change request.

4. Work with design institute/contractor, review their engineering documents for plant change, and assess their performance and influence them to achieve best possible results against agreed standards.

5. Perform the update and maintenance of SP3D PDS model and as-built drawings for plant change project and in-house requirements.

6. To assist and contribute in setting up proper procedure for piping engineering development and management, and engineering quality control.

7. Provide piping engineering support to in-house customer to work out the preliminary datum and sketch for plant change request.

8. Participate in the engineering meeting and provides inputs to the customers of any new development and changes.

7.为内部客户提供管道工程支持，以制定工厂变更请求的初步数据和草图。

8.参加工程会议，并向客户提供任何新开发和变更的意见。

任职要求

1. Educational background:

• University degree in chemical/mechanical engineering.

2. Work experience:

• Minimum 6 years working experiences in piping engineering design. (4 years of graduate education).

• Experience in petrochemical engineering design institute or experience in a petrochemical plant.

3. Language proficiency:

• Have ability to use English as the working language.

4. PC skills:

• Proficient in PC skills.

5. Work software

• Proficient in using software such as PDS/SP3D/AutoCAD and possessing certain database maintenance skills. Those with particularly excellent conditions may be appropriately relaxed.

6. Professional skills

• In addition to being familiar with pipeline design, I also have a certain understanding of stress analysis and pipeline materials.

•大学化学/机械工程学位。

•至少6年管道工程设计工作经验（研究生学历4年）。

•有石化工程设计院工作经验或有石化厂工作经验。

3. 语言能力：

•能够使用英语作为工作语言。

4. 电脑技能：

•精通电脑技能。

5. 工作软件

•熟练使用PDS/SP3D/AutoCAD等软件，具备一定的数据库维护技能。条件特别优秀者可适当放宽。

6. 专业技能

•除熟悉管道专业设计外，对应力分析及管道材料也有一定的了解。
