Credit Asset Management Specialist - Global Payment

About The Team

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day asset management operations for consumer credit portfolios, with a strong understanding of lending business models and product structures.

- Build and optimize cash flow and portfolio allocation models, balancing yield, liquidity, and risk.

- Support funding partners on cost analysis, pricing discussions, and structured product operations; provide recommendations on asset allocation and issuance strategy.

- Establish and monitor key portfolio metrics, risk indicators, and early warning mechanisms.

- Improve forecasting and quantitative analysis capabilities to enhance asset management strategy and decision-making.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive system and product capabilities for long-term asset management operations.

This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement.

Minimum Qualification(s):

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in credit management, asset management, or consumer finance.

Preferred Qualification(s):

- Familiar with funding cost pricing logic in consumer lending and financing or securitization solutions in Southeast Asia.

- Strong analytical thinking, learning agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
