职位描述

1.支持交易台各类资产如股、债、结构化票据、场外衍生品等的簿记、对账、结算工作；

Support the booking, reconciliation and settlement of various assets on the trading desk, including equities, bonds, structured notes and OTC derivatives.

2.支持交易员执行交易前检查，包括投资者评级、产品评级、投资者适当性、产品匹配性等；

Assist traders in performing pre-trade checks, including investor ratings, product ratings, investor suitability and product compatibility.

3. 向销售和客户解答各种产品簿记和结算上的问题和疑难；

Address inquiries and resolve issues related to product booking and settlement for sales teams and clients.

4.协助标准化内部交易流程，制定各种交易手册，对销售场外衍生品业务的定期培训，提升销售对交易流程的熟悉程度；

Assist standardize internal trading processes, develop trading manuals and conduct regular training for sales teams on OTC derivatives to enhance their familiarity with trading procedures.

5.与其他业务团队紧密合作，提升交易台数字化建设以及公司主导的其他项目需求；

Collaborate with other business teams to advance the digitalisation of the trading desk and support other company-led initiatives closely.

6.完成交易团队负责人交办的相关工作。

Perform other duties as assigned by the trading team lead.

任职要求

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；

Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour.

2.毕业于国内外院校，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学及相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines.

3.具备1-3年相关岗位工作经验，包括衍生品交易相关从业经验；

1-3 years of relevant work experience, including relevant experience in derivatives trading.

4.熟悉掌握境外二级市场交易规则及衍生品产品结构、法律框架、交易、簿记、结算流程等相关知识；

Solid understanding of overseas secondary market trading rules and knowledge of derivative product structures, legal frameworks, trading, booking and settlement processes.

5.有较强的英语听说读写译能力以及语言表达能力、文字处理能力；

Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6.有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；

Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.

7.具备证券从业资格。

Hold a securities industry licence.
