职位描述

1.协助投资经理完成组合管理，包括账户交易、客户需求响应等，支持资产管理规模和业务效率持续提升；

Assist the investment manager in portfolio management, including account trading and responding to client needs, to support the continued growth of assets under management and business efficiency.

2.具备资产配置与投研能力，能够独立或协同开展资产配置、策略跟踪、收益归因等投研支持工作；

Possess asset allocation and investment research capabilities, and be able to carry out investment research support work independently or collaboratively, including asset allocation, strategy tracking and performance attribution.

3.参与团队业务推动，支持客户路演、投资咨询、营销材料撰写与更新等工作；

Participate in team business development, supporting client roadshows, investment consultations and the drafting and updating of marketing materials.

4.协同开展运营与风控相关工作，协助完善业务流程与合规机制；

Collaborate on operational and risk control matters, assisting in improving business processes and compliance mechanisms.

5.完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；

Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour.

2.毕业于国内外院校，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines.

3.1-3年金融行业相关从业经验，有买方投研、资产配置相关经验者优先；

1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry; experience in buy-side investment research or asset allocation is preferred.

4.具备较强的自驱力、团队协作能力，逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的研究分析能力和表达能力；

Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills, clear logical thinking and excellent research, analytical and communication abilities.

5.具备良好的中英文书面及口语表达能力；

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

6.熟悉编程语言（包括但不限于Python等），具有一定数理功底者优先。

Familiarity with programming languages (including but not limited to Python) and solid quantitative skills are preferred.
