职位描述

该岗位主要从事境外股票衍生品交易，具体包括但不限于：

The primary responsibility of this role is to trade equity derivatives on global markets. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

1. 定价及对冲各类与港股、美股及其他全球股票市场个股及指数挂钩的结构化产品。

Price and hedge vanilla options and exotic structures linked to equities and indices in Hong Kong, US, and other global equity markets; manage derivative risk via OTC and listed markets.

2. 参与交易台模型和交易系统等基础设施的建设和优化。

Develop and enhance quant models and trading systems.

3. 根据市场状况，不排除需要轮班交易美股期权。

Periodically work night shifts for US market based on market conditions.

4. 研究并实施市场中性的期权对冲策略。

Research and implement market-neutral hedging and trading strategies.

5. 开发或优化交易执行、研究波动率、改进对冲方法的工具。

Develop and optimize tools for trade execution, volatility research, and enhancing hedging.

6. 与产品设计团队、销售团队以及投资者密切合作，为投资者提供定制化解决方案。

Collaborate closely with structuring, salespersons and clients, to provide customized derivative solutions.

任职要求

1. 诚信正直，低调谦逊，艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

2. 本科及以上学历，数学、物理等理科背景优先。

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, or related sciences are highly preferred.

3. 具有2年以上衍生品交易相关工作经验。

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading.

4. 熟悉衍生品产品特征及其主要风险。

Solid understanding of derivative products and key risk drivers.

5. 能熟练使用Excel，以及和科学计算相关的Python编程，具备数理分析的知识和经验。

Proficiency in Excel and scientific programming with Python; strong analytical and quantitative skills.

6. 工作严谨细心，责任心强，对数字敏感，诚信踏实，承压能力强。

Detail-oriented, sensitive with numbers, and able to work under pressure.

7. 中英文流利，善于沟通。

Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
