VP, Regulatory Compliance

职位描述

• Perform compliance audit duties

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

• Handle regulatory enquiries and acts as the primary person in maintaining a cordial relationship with the SFC

• Review and draft policies and procedures (“P&P”)

• Develop and maintain internal compliance alert system

• Any ad-hoc compliance projects assigned from time to time

任职要求

• Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting, Business or a related discipline

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant compliance experience with financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin and knowledge of simplified Chinese a plus

• Legal drafting skills a definite advantage.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, tactful when dealing with all levels of staff, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
