VP, AML Compliance Team Head

职位描述

• Help enhance the Firm's AML policies and procedures, and drive implementation, detection and monitoring in relation to AML issues

• Responsible for keeping AML policies and procedures up-to-date and in full compliance with Head Office and local legal and regulatory requirements.

• Lead a team of AML professionals to carry out routine review on-going name screening alerts and transaction monitoring alerts.

• Lead the AML team to regularly compile AML compliance monitoring report for business and management attention

• Lead the AML team to conduct regular and ad hoc AML training to all relevant stakeholders within the firm

任职要求

• At least 8-10 years of AML exp within prominent securities firm, experience in Chinese based organization is preferred

• Conversant with industry standards in terms of name screening, transaction monitoring and digitalization in AML and sanctions risk management

• Good knowledge on AMLO and relevant regulatory requirements

• Able to work with minimum supervision and in advising business and management on AML and sanctions related issues

• Good writing and presentation skills, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
