Treasury Settlement, Junior Associate/Associate

职位描述

• Preform checker role to maintain daily settlement and corporation action for multi-asset products, including OTC products, Fund and overseas equities;

• Perform and implement procedures of internal operations in compliance with SFC and Company’s guidelines and reporting requirements

• Manage and ensure smooth running of the clearing operations by managing and controlling operational risks, resolving exceptions and contingency situations swiftly

• Lead a team of the subordinates to perform day-to-day transactions

• Responsible for training the subordinates to handle a new business or new product, and delegate the job appropriately

• Support implementation of new products, projects or initiatives such as drafting of user requirement, design test plan and conduct User Acceptance Test

• Review policies, rules & procedures and systems, and streamline operational processes in order to maintain quality services and to support new business initiatives

任职要求

• Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Business or Banking

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in processing OTC products, Fund and oversea settlement. Experience in stock options and Global Futures definite advantage

• Hands-on experience on settlement systems, including iAsia, Euroclear, CTM etc

• Efficient, organized and able to work independently

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Willing to work on public holidays and/or weekends if necessary

• Immediately available highly preferred
