Fixed Income Sales

职位描述

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional fixed income clients, understand investment objectives, asset allocation needs and liquidity requirements.

• Execute client orders efficiently, coordinate with trading desk, research team and product team to ensure smooth trade settlement and post-sales follow-up.

• Expand client coverage footprint, explore new business opportunities and drive fixed income transaction volume and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal research, trading and structuring teams to customize fixed income investment solutions for clients.

• Assist on structure note issuance and ongoing maintenance.

任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related majors; solid knowledge of fixed income market, interest rate and credit fundamentals.

• Around 3-5 years’ experience in Fixed income sales, trading or institutional client coverage experience in securities firms, banks or asset management institutions

• Familiar with bond primary & secondary market business, able to independently deliver market views and trade recommendations.

• Strong client development capability, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, sensitive to market fluctuations and capable of fast response to client demands.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin
