Head of Institutional Sales

职位描述

Take up the overall responsibility of the business performance of the department

Is accountable for drawing up and implementing business strategic plan and delivering the year-on-year revenue growth target

Develop, maintain, and generate revenue from institutional clients

Promote IPOs and cross sell different products to key customers

Develop and maintain relationships with major clients at the senior level

Develop and pursue new business opportunities for the Company

Perform manpower planning, training and development, performance review, etc., to ensure the staff members are competent to the role

Manage and ensure all transactions of the department to fulfill the latest rules and regulations, compliance, audit and risk policies of the Group

任职要求

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics or Finance

12 years of relevant experience and significant in-depth knowledge of the business

Strong strategic, leadership, advisory, interpersonal, and technical skills

Ability to sustain pressure and manage complex transactions

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
