职位描述

1. Actively contribute to NDR arrangements and deal flows；

2. Drive distribution efforts for ECM transactions, with a focus on distribution of IPOs, follow-on offerings；

3. Develop and maintain long term relationships with key institutional accounts to support transaction success and ongoing investor engagement;

4. Manage full syndication cycle, from origination to distribution;

5. Work closely with ECM team members and IBD Coverage bankers

任职要求

Bachelor or Master degree from top-tier university ;

2. 2+ years of Equity Capital Market or equity sales or buyside experience within reputable financial institutions;

3.Self-directed with strong insight into ECM activities ;

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
