Played a significant role in leading and executing various corporate finance deals, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Assisted in sourcing, originating, and assessing potential M&A transactions.

Structured and executed corporate finance transactions, including conducting market research, feasibility studies, valuation analysis, and due diligence.

Collaborated with the commercial bank to formulate equity financing strategies for capital market transactions.

Led team members in performing due diligence, valuation analysis, pitch book preparation, collaboration with external parties, client relationship management, and liaison with regulatory authorities.

Performed additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

任职要求

A bachelor’s degree holder with a CPA/CFA qualification and eight years of corporate finance experience.

Holder of a Sole Takeovers Code Responsible Officer License.

Possesses solid knowledge of the Takeovers Code, Listing Rules, and PRC laws & regulations governing M&A transactions.

Has direct experience dealing with the SFC and HKEx for vetting and consultation matters.

Has completed at least two Takeovers Code and/or M&A transactions as a financial adviser in the past three years.

Experienced in preparing various external deal memoranda and feasibility reports for clients.

Experienced in leading and executing M&A deals from end to end as the deal lead.

Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Equipped with strong drafting skills in both English and Chinese for internal and external communications.
