Job Responsibilities:

- Client Development & Relationship Management: Focus on Hong Kong and global clients (corporations, banks, insurance companies, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, etc.), develop new businesses, maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and achieve a win-win result for clients' asset preservation and appreciation and the company's performance.

- Cross-border Asset Allocation Services: Provide customized asset allocation solutions based on clients' risk appetite, investment objectives and compliance requirements, match the company's core products (fixed income, equities, alternatives, cross-border wealth management, etc.), and meet the set AUM and sales revenue targets.

- Marketing Promotion & Channel Development: Develop product marketing materials, convey the company's investment philosophy and promote its businesses and products; build and maintain sales channels, and leverage internal and external resources to enhance brand influence and market penetration.

- Cross-department Collaboration & Compliance Execution: Cooperate closely with the investment research, product, operation and compliance teams to respond to client needs efficiently; strictly abide by the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong and the company's compliance rules, complete client KYC procedures on time, and ensure compliance throughout the entire sales process.

- Market Information & Data Feedback: Track capital market dynamics, industry policies and competitors' developments; collect client needs and feedback to provide data support for product iteration and sales strategy optimization.

任职要求

Job Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields is preferred.

-Industry Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in asset management, investment banking or financial institutions in Hong Kong, familiar with the sales process of asset management products and the logic of asset allocation; mature client resources or distribution channels are a plus.

- Professional Qualification: Hold the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses preferred.

- Professional Competence: Basic understanding of the global financial market and various investment products (stocks, bonds, funds, alternative assets, etc.); possess data analysis and roadshow material development capabilities, able to accurately interpret client needs and cooperate with the investment research team to provide investment solutions.

- Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), proficient in Mandarin; with strong business negotiation, presentation and client relationship management capabilities.

- Core Traits: Strong sense of purpose and pioneering spirit, able to work under performance pressure; rigorous and meticulous, with strict adherence to compliance requirements; good team collaboration and customer service awareness.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with data statistics and analysis capabilities, able to efficiently complete the preparation of sales materials and daily client maintenance work.
