1.Conform with the overall investment banking development strategy formulated by BOCOM International, formulate BOCOM International investment banking customer development strategy, develop investment banking business platform, and complete strategic planning requirements and management medium and long-term goals and indicators assigned by the management;

2.Originate and lead client mandates, building direct relationships with senior executives seeking IPOs, M&As, or other capital market transactions;

3.Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Legal and Compliance, Execution, ECM, Sales, Investment and Research) to offer comprehensive, tailored solutions to clients, ensuring efficient execution and successful deal conversion;

4.Mentor and guide junior bankers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and accountability

任职要求

Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant majors.

• Must have over 10 years’ corporate finance experience in the Chinese market, preferably expertise within Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology New Energy and Consumer Services/ Industries, and be able to provide customers with professional primary and secondary capital market opinions.

• Strong (relevant) deal sheet a proven track record of demonstrated origination Hong Kong IPOs or other major investment banking transactions.

• Strong personal client network and direct relationships with senior executives of companies seeking Hong Kong IPOs.

Other Key Skills Attributes

• Strong communication skills and understanding of corporate finance.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

• Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums.

• Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision.

• Understanding of SEHK and SFC regulatory frameworks and process

• Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) and all elements of a deal consideration in IPO and M&A process.

• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Willing to accept a performance-based compensation structure.
