职位描述

Execution: Facilitate the senior team members on the end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions, internal approval processes, prepare credit analyses, transaction summary, and pitch materials for senior management and credit committees.

Transaction Management Support:

Support team members on booking, settlement, and reconciliation of debt issuance transactions, including syndicate, medium-term note (MTN) set-up, and syndicate book activities. Ensure robust data maintenance and monitor periodic settlements.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate reports on transactions, risk exposures, and compliance matters for internal management and various audits; Collect and provide market insights, client needs, and investor demand as well as providing market updates reports.

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.

Understanding of debt capital markets products, issuance lifecycle, and regulatory environment.

Experience in deal executions within investment banking, particularly in debt capital markets or fixed income is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal legal, compliance and risk teams.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
