Senior Associate – Debt Capital Markets

Origination & Coverage: Lead client engagement and relationship management to identify and develop debt financing opportunities, positioning the bank as a preferred bookrunner and lead arranger.

Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions. Manage internal approval processes, prepare credit analyses, transaction summary, and pitch materials for senior management and credit committees.

Market Intelligence: Provide market insights and investor demand assessments to coverage teams and clients, ensuring competitive pricing and successful deal placement.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with legal counsel, rating agencies, auditors, and external advisors to ensure compliance and smooth transaction closing.

Marketing: Provide marketing strategies for debt transactions and pinpoint appropriate investors

任职要求

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, including coverage and execution roles at a reputable financial institution.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Certifications: CPA and/or CFA designations are highly preferred.
