职位描述
Key Responsibilities
1.Conduct industry and company research to support IPO, M&A, and other financing projects
2.Assist in preparing pitch books, financial analysis, and valuation analyses
3.Support due diligence processes including drafting internal memos and client presentations, reviewing due diligence documents, etc.
4.Perform ad hoc tasks as required by senior members
任职要求
Requirements
1.Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
3.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4.Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a plus)
5.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
6.Prior internship experience in finance or consulting is a plus
