Legal Counsel, AVP

职位描述

1. Responsibilities will be drafting, reviewing and providing feedback on legal documentation related to the business of the company and back office functions as necessary;

2.Participate in and provide legal advice/opinions on various internal committees covering the various lines of businesses and contribute to the overall corporate governance framework to protect the firm’s reputation;

3.Formulate and revise policies and guidelines and coordinate with the relevant departments to conform to legal and regulatory requirements;

4.Liaise with external counsel where necessary on litigation matters.

任职要求

1. Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB), completed PCLL and admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong with 2-5 years PQE preferred;

2.one year or above experience gained from major law firm or financial institutions; 3.Experience in corporate, commercial and SFC regulated activities preferred;

4.Motivated, self-starter, responsible and responsive to business needs;

5.Willing to learn new things and apply skills to various areas;

6.Strong legal writing skills in both Chinese and English;

7.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin;

8.Proficiency in reading or writing simplified Chinese an added advantage.
