Debt Capital Markets (DCM,under CGD)-Vice President

• Origination & Coverage: Lead client engagement and relationship management to identify and develop debt financing opportunities, positioning the bank as a preferred bookrunner and lead arranger.

• Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions. Manage internal approval processes, prepare credit analyses, transaction summary, and pitch materials for senior management and credit committees.

• Market Intelligence: Provide market insights and investor demand assessments to coverage teams and clients, ensuring competitive pricing and successful deal placement.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with legal counsel, rating agencies, auditors, and external advisors to ensure compliance and smooth transaction closing.

Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, including coverage and execution roles at a reputable financial institution.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

• Certifications: CPA and/or CFA designations are highly preferred.

• Deep knowledge of debt capital markets products including investment grade /high yield bond across LGFV,corporate and FI sectors.

• Strong credit analysis, financial modeling, and pricing skills.

• Proven track record of leading debt transactions from origination to closing.

• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• A good team player and able to work under pressure with the capability in multi-tasking.

• Proficiency in preparing high-quality pitch books and transaction documentation.

• Experience working with cross-border and multi-currency debt issuances.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and credit rating agency processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
