工艺工程师/主任工程师(J11344)

职位描述

1、负责锂电过程工艺、PFMEA、DOE、工艺流程图，SOP、FACA制定及审核；

2、协助电芯良率、效率提升以及现场管理；

3、负责电芯制程能力提升和工序标准化提升；

4、负责电芯改善报告审核输出。

1、Responsible for the preparation and review of lithium battery process, PFMEA, DOE, process flow chart, SOP and FACA;

2、Assist in core yield, efficiency improvement and on-site management;

3、Responsible for the improvement of cell manufacturing process capability and process standardization;

4、Review and output the cell improvement report.

任职要求

1、3年及以上锂电工艺从业经验；

2、了解16949或APQP运作流程，有参与6sigma项目或QCC经验优先；

3、良好的沟通协调能力；

4、掌握PFMEA、DOE、8D等工具使用。

1、3 years working experience in lithium battery process or above;

2、Understand 16949 or APQP operation process, experience in 6sigma project or QCC is preferred;

3、Good communication and coordination skills;

4、Master the use of PFMEA, DOE, 8D and other tools.
