职位描述
Lead and contribute to the CMC development of antibody and protein-based drug conjugates from the pre-IND stage through to BLA-enabling activities.
Cell line development, cell culture process development, downstream purification, or drug product development.
任职要求
PhD (2+ yrs) or MS (5+ yrs) in relevant field.
Industrial CMC experience in biotherapeutics (cell line, cell culture, purification, formulation, or drug product) preferred.
Late-stage CMC experience preferred，English fluency a plus.
