职位描述
Lead analytical team, manage projects, ensure compliance with lab/cGMP standards (CHP/USP/EP).
Lead method development/validation/transfer and prepare regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with R&D & manufacturing to solve analytical & drug development challenges.
Oversee HPLC/CE/MS work, mentor staff, manage lab operations/budgets, implement 5S.
任职要求
PhD (5+ yrs) or Master’s (8+ yrs) in relevant field;
3+ yrs in HPLC/CE/MS, team leadership.
Experience in mAb/recombinant protein/ADC analysis preferred.
Strong communication, overseas project experience, fluent English.
