About the team

This team helps fashion marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle brands and big marketplace sellers that contribute high GMV share to the total category

- Build and maintain relationships with brands and sellers, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality

- Craft strategies for managed brands and sellers that can help them grow their sales on the platform.

- Create opportunities for growth for managed brands and sellers - brand days, campaigns, price competitiveness, livestream etc

- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction

- POC for certain projects with the fashion team.

任职要求

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Bachelor's Degree or above

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, other platforms or agencies

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail, data-driven, logical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Knowledge of fashion trends specifically in bags

- has experience with content, live and short video

- Strong connections with brands and big sellers
