实验室运营管理负责人Laboratory Manager(J27055)

职位描述

1．配合前端部门制定销售策略，梳理整体实验室整体运营流程；

2．负责海外实验室的日常运营管理与现场管理工作，如团队管理、质量管理、运营管理（设备，仓库，实验室风险管理，安全管理）等；

3．负责海外实验室资质和质量体系申报认证工作，保证合规性；

4．建立海外实验室各项规章制度及标准工作流程；

5．确保海外实验室的运营符合国际及当地法律法规，参与实验室与临床的交流沟通；

6．明确规范海外实验室各基本操作流程，指导团队完成日常实验室检测工作；

7．掌握最新的基因检测技术和行业发展动态，引入和推广新技术、新方法；

8. 熟悉实验室运营规则，负责三标，预算与成本控制。

Job Responsibilities:

1．Collaborate with front-end departments to develop sales strategies and optimize overall laboratory operational workflows.

2．Oversee daily operations and on-site management of overseas laboratories, including team management, quality control, operational management (equipment, warehouse, laboratory risk management, safety management), etc.

3．Lead laboratory accreditation and quality system certification (e.g., ISO 15189, CAP, CLIA) to ensure compliance.

4．Establish standardized regulations and operational procedures for overseas laboratories.

5．Ensure laboratory operations adhere to international and local regulations; facilitate communication between the laboratory and clinical teams.

6．Define and standardize core laboratory workflows, guiding the team in daily testing operations.

7．Stay updated on the latest advancements in genetic testing technologies and industry trends; introduce and implement new methodologies.

8．Manage laboratory compliance with "Three Standards" (quality, safety, efficiency), budgeting, and cost control.

任职要求

1．医学检验专业或相关专业本科及以上学历、医学检验中级及以上职称优先，有ISO 15189、CAP、CLIA等认证实验室工作经验者优先；

2．3年以上实验室运营管理经验，熟悉第三方医学检验（普检）实验室及特检实验室管理，熟悉医学实验室工作流程（如样本接收、检测分析、报告审核等)；

3．熟悉实验室质量管理体系和相关法规；

4．英语听说读写熟练；

5．具备出色的领导能力、团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，责任心强，有一定的抗压能力。适应长期海外工作。

Qualifications:

1．Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or related fields; intermediate or higher professional certification in Medical Laboratory Technology preferred. Experience in ISO 15189/CAP/CLIA accredited laboratories is a plus.

2．Minimum 3 years of laboratory management experience, with expertise in third-party clinical (general/specialized) laboratory operations and workflows (e.g., sample reception, testing, report review).

3．Proficient in laboratory quality management systems and relevant regulations.

4．Fluent in English (written and spoken).

5．Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills; high accountability and stress tolerance. Willingness to work overseas long-term.
