职位描述

1、依据公司经营战略，制定国际业务拓展目标并执行工作计划，积极完成业绩指标，确保其达成或超越；

2、利用各项资源开拓国际市场，发展合作渠道，并与客户建立合作关系，达成业绩指标；

3、负责国际项目商务洽谈、跟进，输出合作策略并推动合作项目的成功落地；包括协助销售完成协议并促进签署、合同回款跟进等；

4、与公司/集团内各部门有效配合，完成资源协调。

Job Description:

1. Develop international business expansion goals based on the business strategy, implement work plans, and actively achieve or exceed performance targets.

2. Leverage various resources to expand international markets, promote cooperation, and establish cooperative relationships with customers, achieving successful project implementation and related performance goals.

3. Responsible for business negotiations, follow-ups, and implementation of international projects. Involved in formulating cooperation strategies such as the establishment and implementation of terms & conditions stated in respective project agreements/contracts.

4. Effectively coordinate with different departments within the company to coordinate resources.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，法医或生物类相关专业；

2、八年以上行业相关工作经验，具有司法或法医行业工作经历、懂高通量测序技术优先；

3、英语六级及以上，口语表达流畅，具备优秀的商务拓展谈判、解决方案技术沟通和宣讲能力，对信息快速提炼、整合的学习能力；

4、具备积极开拓的拓展能力，勇于接受挑战；

5、良好的敬业精神，有进取心与事业心。

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in forensic science, biology, or related fields.

2. More than eight years of industry-related work experience, with experience in the judicial or forensic industry and knowledge of high-throughput sequencing technology preferred.

3. CET-6 or above in English, fluent in oral expression, excellent in business development negotiation, troubleshooting communication, product presentation, and the ability to quickly extract and integrate information.

4. Proactive and determined to expand business and willing to face unforeseen challenges.

5. Good professionalism and career aspirations with a positive mindset, clear thinking, willingness to learn, honesty, and hard work with a strong sense of responsibility.
