工作职责/Your duties as a Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:

• 领导和管理整个项目全周期，确保按时交付、控制预算，与公司目标保持一致。Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with company objectives.

• 协调沟通中国生产团队和泰国本地团队，密切配合，高效规划和分配公司资源，确保项目目标和运营执行保持一致，推进项目执行和交付。Plan and allocate company resources efficiently, including coordinating closely between the China-based manufacturing team and Thailand’s local resources, to ensure alignment on project goals and operational execution and successful project execution and delivery.

• 作为跨境合作的中心联络人，确保内外部相关人员间沟通和工作流程顺畅推进。Act as a central point of contact for cross-border collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between internal and external stakeholders.

• 监控项目进度，识别风险，面对困难，能主动及时地提出解决方案以应对。Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to address challenges in a proactive and timely manner.

• 确保项目符合公司标准、行业法规以及中国和泰国的当地要求。Ensure projects comply with company standards, industry regulations, and local requirements in both China and Thailand.

任职要求

岗位要求/The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

• 生物技术、生物制药、医学、医疗器械、工商管理或相关领域本科及以上学历。Bachelor’s degree or above in biotechnology, bio-pharmaceuticals, medicine, medical devices, business administration, or a related field.

• 3年及以上项目管理经验，具备跨境或跨区域协调能力，深入了解项目运营管理和海外项目的落地，有海外项目管理，研发/工程/生产经验者优先。3 years and above of proven project management experience, preferably involving cross-border or multi-site coordination. Strong understanding of project management. Experience in project management, R&D/engineering/manufactury is a strong advantage.

• 良好的沟通、协调和管理能力；能够与不同文化和地域背景（例如中国和泰国）的团队有效合作。Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; capable of working effectively with teams across different cultural and geographical backgrounds (e.g., China and Thailand).

• 具备较强的组织和解决问题能力，以及多任务处理能力，确保项目按时交付。Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely project delivery.

• 熟悉医疗器械行业标准、质量体系和法规要求者优先考虑。Familiarity with medical device industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.

• 英语流利者优先。Proficiency in English is preferred.
