-Conducting installations, upgrades, routine maintenance, diagnostics and repair of laboratory equipment;

-Communication with customers;

-Consulting company employees on equipment;

-Performing administrative tasks within the specified timeframes and informing the manager about any difficulties that arise; strict adherence to quality regulations;

-Accounting for used spare parts;

-Filling out and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the CRM system;

-Interacting with customer service specialists to ensure the best quality of support;

-Compliance with the company's rules in the field of discipline and communication ethics;

任职要求

-Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems of customers;

-Ability to prioritize and manage assigned service tasks under limited time;

-Skills in working and interacting in a cross-functional team;

-Balance between technical expertise and communication skills with customers;

-Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline;

-Experience in repair, maintenance and diagnostics of medical equipment from 3 year (preferably in working with laboratory equipment);
