Product Manager(J25868)

职位描述

Position responsibility:

1. Support overseas product manager to manage STOmics product portfolio and life cycle, as well as preparing product materials to facilitate new product launching, including product slides, manual, etc.

2. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies: work closely with STOmics APAC head to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product introductions and adoption. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align launch activities and timelines.

3. Sales enablement: Collaborate closely with FAS and sales teams to develop sales enablement. This includes creating product demos, product presentations, battle cards, and other resources to support the sales process.

4. Conduct training sessions for FAS and sales teams to ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and positioning, enabling them to engage in effective customer conversations.

5. Product communication internally and externally within the territory.

a. Conduct product training to internal and external stakeholders. External stakeholders include distributors, service providers and KOLs.

b. Support regional marketing events.

c. KOL and CSP visiting. Customer feedback collection.

d. Product needs and feedback collection internally and externally.

任职要求

1. Master degree with at least 2 year experiences of product management or field application scientist in the Life Science Tools or Services industry, with spatial or single cell or NGS related experiences are preferred

2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with overseas studying or working experience strongly preferred

3. Experience project managing activities with cross-functional teams preferred

4. Well capability in building credibility and relationships across functions and levels preferred

5. Ability to highly effectively communicate and influence internal and external audiences

6. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication

7. High level of organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
