Position Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing customer training and software installations if needed

• Helping resolve elevated issues through engagement with Field Application Scientist team

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with collaborators/customers

• Supporting sales efforts through bioinformatics presentations and customer management

• Acting as a critical contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams

• Providing or assisting front-line support teams with onsite and remote customer training and onboarding

• Troubleshooting issues related to project design, software and internal cloud-based platform

任职要求

Position Requirements

• BS/MS with ~2 to 4 years of job experience, or Ph.D. in the field of bioinformatics, biostatistics or computational biology, is highly valued.

• Prior field experience supporting customers preferred

• Demonstrated experience in spatial/single-cell data analysis will be given priority

• Experience in clinical cancer research applications preferred

• Competence in R, Python or other scripting language used in bioinformatic pipelines preferred

• Proficiency in executing scripts within a Linux environment preferred

• Demonstrated experience with a cloud-based bioinformatics platform solution, including building and troubleshooting bioinformatics workflows and pipelines preferred

• Fluency in both Japanese and Mandarin preferred. Working language in English is a plus.

•バイオインフォマティクス ワークフローとパイプラインの構築とトラブルシューティングを含む、クラウドベースのバイオインフォマティクス プラットフォーム ソリューションの実績があることが望ましい

•日本語と中国語の両方に堪能であることが望ましい。英語が実務言語であればなお良い。
