Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, maintain communication and train customers on the use of STOmics technology and software.

Organize and conduct on-site customer training and demonstrations, and write technical reports and documents.

Solve technical problems for customers, including troubleshooting in biochemical design, experimental design, software and equipment.

Collect and deliver customer feedback to support marketing and product development teams.

Support sales team with presentations and exchanges at trade shows, seminars and technical symposiums.

Coordinate scientific research collaborations with customers to build long-term relationships and exceed customer expectations.

任职要求

Basic requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree, 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences industry, or a PhD in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry or chemistry.

In-depth understanding of Iocal culture, language and life science business practices.

Familiarity with logistics and commercial arrangements for life science products, including order processes, customs clearance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Ability to organize, analyze and systematically troubleshoot.

Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation and training skills, and the ability to maintain customer records and provide feedback to management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Spatial Genomics or single-cell sequencing, and in-depth knowledge of genomics or biochemistry.

Experience in logistics coordination of life science products from China to APAC is preferred.

Computing skills, knowledge of Python programming and omics data analysis are a plus.
