Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring that customers are aware of and up-to-date on the latest developments in STOmics technology and software.

Organize and conduct on-site customer training and demonstrations, and write technical reports and documentation.

Record and provide feedback to management on customer issues, complaints, or concerns.

Discuss product services with potential and existing customers.

Work with customers to support their research and development based on STOmics technology and establish long-term scientific partnerships.

Collect and provide feedback on customer strategic opinions, and assist the marketing and product development teams in expanding application scenarios.

Resolve technical issues encountered by customers in technology, experimental design, software, and equipment.

Support the sales team at trade shows, seminars, and technical symposiums, giving presentations and networking.

任职要求

Basic requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree, 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences industry, or a PhD in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry or chemistry.

In-depth understanding of Indian culture, language and life science business practices.

Familiarity with logistics and commercial arrangements for life science products, including order processes, customs clearance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Ability to organize, analyze and systematically troubleshoot.

Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation and training skills, and the ability to maintain customer records and provide feedback to management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Spatial Genomics or single-cell sequencing, and in-depth knowledge of genomics or biochemistry.

Experience in logistics coordination of life science products from China to India is preferred.

Computing skills, knowledge of Python programming and omics data analysis are a plus.

強力なコンピューティング能力とオミクスデータ分析の知識があり、Python の使用に習熟しているとさらに有利です。

ゲノミクスまたは生化学に対する深い理解。

日本語と中国語が流暢で、英語が話せる方を優先します。

日本の有名な大学、研究機関、またはライフサイエンス業界での就学または勤務経験をお持ちの方
