1. Main tasks include but are not limited to wet-lab efficiency optimization, cost controlling, new product line implementation, and web lab quality improvement and monitoring.

2. Manage the total operations of the America Region Delivery Center in Uruguay, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and operational standards.

3. Drive the smooth development and expansion of the Delivery Center, identifying opportunities for process improvement and growth within the region.

4. Proactively assess the delivery center's operational needs and devise in-house support and solutions to address any challenges that may arise.

5. Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to key employees within the delivery center, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles.

6. Oversee the logistics process to ensure that samples are efficiently and securely transported to the testing facilities, minimizing delays and maintaining the integrity of the samples.

7. Ensure that the delivery center complies with all local regulations and industry standards, maintaining a strong reputation for ethical business practices.

8. Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

9. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

10. Build and maintain strong relationships with extragenic BGI departments, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure the effective development of the delivery center.

11. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve operational processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

任职要求

1. Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience within BGI.

2. Proven track record of operational excellence and the ability to manage complex projects.

3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese).

6. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
