1.Market expansion and sales growth: Take responsibility for expanding market presence and driving sales growth in the Eastern Europe region. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to develop new business opportunities.

2.Customer relationship management: Strengthen customer relationships by implementing effective engagement strategies. Drive customer loyalty through personalized interactions and proactive communication.

3.Project management and communication: Facilitate smooth communication between external customers and the internal production department. Manage projects efficiently and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

4.Market planning and event management: Plan and execute comprehensive market activities to strengthen brand presence. Organize and participate in on-site conferences, exhibitions and presentations to showcase company products and services.

5.Technical advice: Provide expert advice on next generation sequencing strategy solutions for customers. Provide technical support to ensure customers are equipped with the latest advances in the field.

6.Product training: Conduct thorough product training sessions for customers to ensure they are familiar with the use and benefits of our offerings. Customize training programs to meet specific customer needs and improve overall understanding of the product.

任职要求

1. Degree in Master's or above in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics or equivalent.

2. Experience working with customers in universities, research institutes and commercial collaborators.

3. In-depth knowledge of next-generation sequencing, proteomics and Translational markets and customer needs in this industry.

4. In-depth knowledge of selling next-generation sequencing and other genomic services such as microarray, genotyping, in vitro diagnosis, etc.

5. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

6. Willingness to travel.

7. Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.

8. Hold a local work permit.
