Director of Business Development(J24082)

职位描述

1. Strategic management: Work closely with the global business development

team and director manager to establish the marketing strategy, business

development plan and customer support for European region, perform

business analysis/reviews and report results to the higher management team

on a regular basis.

2. Sales: Assume overall accountability for establishing and implementing an

effective revenue growth plan, meeting regional financial goals with budgeted

resources, generating business leads, and developing key account BD

strategies, preparing RCA (Research Collaboration Agreement).

3. Leadership: Lead BD team to maintain and nurture valuable KOL, create and

expand effective and productive team.

4. Customer support: Manage a FAS/FBS team to serve as company’s primary

interface to external partners in Europe. Provide technical support and

scientific solution to external partners for project design, data analysis and

interpretation, and writing of publications.

5. Project management: Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders to

ensure smooth execution of projects and proper communication of project

status to external partners.

6. Conferences: Attend and coordinate national and regional conferences, trade

shows, online events, and corporate meetings as scheduled.

7. Technical knowledge: Update knowledge of the company's products and

services in the Spatial Genomics space.

8. Other duties as assigned by management.

任职要求

• Master or Ph.D. degree in sciences or business administration

• Minimum 5 years of BD and customer-facing experience in the biotech industry.

• Proficiency in promoting DNA synthesis services.

• Strong understanding of the market within the life science and synthetic biology

service industry.

• Available to base and travel in Europe(UK/Serbia/EU etc.) for long-term, to

travel at least 30% of the time.

• Language: English and Chinese

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
