• Manage the laboratory operation, provide MS services to meet the needs of customers.

• Supervision of laboratory personnel

• Oversight of analytical method development and validation

• Oversight of maintaining and repairing instruments

• Oversight of laboratory purchasing and upgrading

• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards

• Maintaining compliance with Health and Safety guidelines

• Annual review and update of Quality Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Hiring and training of personnel

任职要求

•Candidates must have a Ph.D. in chemistry, no post-graduation experience required, or an M.S. with at least four years of post-graduation experience

•Must have experience and strong knowledge of MS instrumentation

•5+ years lab experience using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry

•2+ years experience managing employees in a laboratory setting

•High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

•Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent organization and management skills

•Experience writing SOPs and method validation procedures
