职位描述

Develop new computational biology algorithms, tools and software for our world leading Spatial Transcriptomics (ST) technology

Process and analyze high volume of the ST dataset to develop the benchmark and evaluation methods of the ST related algorithms and tools

Organize, write, and publish the new research papers related to the new developed algorithms and tools

Evaluate and compare best practices for processing and analyzing different data types

Provide guidance and training to junior research scientist and work in a team

Work within a broad interdisciplinary and international R&D teams

任职要求

Qualifications：

Rich algorithms development experience

Proficiency with statistics or machine learning methods

Ability to program in Python or R

Experiences in bioinformatics or computational biology as a plus

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong machine learning or stats components, and 3+ years of programming experience; or PhD in math, physics, computer science, applied mathematics, biology; or equivalent experience

International experience at top-tier computational institutes
