职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to sales and customers by answering technical inquiries, running samples, and providing on-site support.

2. Assist customers in BGI joint laboratory construction, including laboratory site evaluation, experiment operation, and acceptance checks.

3. Assist sales in analyzing customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions during pre-and post-sales by providing technical knowledge.

任职要求

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, genetics, or a closely related life science discipline.

2. Wet lab/bench experience with molecular biology applications such as PCR, qPCR, NGS, clinical research, and diagnostics (NGS experience is preferred)

3. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.

4. Strong English proficiency.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

6. Self-motivated and willing to learn.

7. Willing to travel periodically.
