职位描述

1.Designing the overall layout and strategy of local businesses, disintegrating, disposing and implementing strategic targets;

2. Linking local governments, key enterprises, colleges and scientific research institutions, carrying out business promotion and business cooperation, and continuously improving the local popularity and influence of BGI;

3. Exploring local markets, discovering potential development opportunities of BGI businesses, forming a commercial feasibility plan, negotiating with relevant internal and external departments and promoting the implementation;

4. Summarizing the local business development experiences and key strategies, carrying out capacity precipitation and talent training, empowerment, and providing experiential support for BGI in other overseas countries.

5. Participating in major local conferences and foreign affairs activities on behalf of BGI, planning and implementing large-scale industry conferences and marketing activities

任职要求

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in biology or medicine, backgrounds of studying in Japan or South Korea are preferred;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, including at least 3 years of work experience in Japan and South Korea, having local government and industry resources, and planning for long-term development in Japan and South Korea;

3. excellent in interpersonal communication, customer relationship building and business negotiation ;

4. Chinese who can speak Japanese/Korean as a working language, or foreign friends who love Chinese culture and have excellent written and oral expression skills in both Chinese and English are welcome;

5. Strong pressure resistance, can accept frequent international business trips.
