职位描述

1. Investigate the IVD market in Oceania deeply, to find a breakthrough in the IVD market in line with BGI.

2. Cooperate with consultants and agents to vigorously promote BGI products in line with the Oceania market, establish BGI IVD sales channels, and complete assigned sales tasks.

3. Communicate and coordinate with internal or external related parties, to ensure the normal delivery of samples, meet the daily needs of customers and push product updates

4. Responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales plan; achieving the regional sales goals within the forecast-ed budget, developing key account sales strategy.

5. Understand and master the company's current portfolio of products and services. Stay abreast of technology developments, market competition, laws and regulations relevant to the business. Use resources and conduct research to identify the sales plan and strategy for different market segments.

6. Carry on regional business analysis and report to regional managers on a regular basis. Evaluate the budget performance, product performance, operational efficiency, and report recommendations and results to the team's leader.

7. Screen for relevant business opportunities in clinical and pharmaceutical fields; develop and maintain relationship with key opinion leaders; use clients' resources and feedback to expand the influence of BGI, and to safeguard key market opportunities.

8. Participate in national and regional conferences, trade fairs and company meetings

任职要求

1. Experience of working with medical, doctor and GP communities including hospitals and private clinics.

2. In-depth knowledge of NGS, IVD and Translational markets and of customer needs in this industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of selling next generation sequencing and other genomic services such as microarray, genotyping, in vitro diagnosis, etc.

4. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

5. Willingness to travel and fluency in English language.
