职位描述

1. Responsible for bioinformation analysis, data processing and reporting completion of data uploading;

2. Responsible for communicating with Project Management Department to ensure on time data delivery;

3. Responsible for generating Bioinformatics QC report and submission to

4. Project Management Department;

5. Responsible for drafting and updating SOP and records related to

6. Bioinformatics Department work;

7. Responsible for assisting the Bioinformatics Department Manager to complete other tasks within the group;

8. Responsible for designing and completing information analysis related development plans according to the requirements of the inspection products;

9. Responsible for methodological exploration of algorithms, development and optimization of analytical tools

10. Other responsibilities related to bioinformatics research and development.

任职要求

1. Biology/ bioinformation related professions;

2. Received relevant training in bioinformation analysis technology and relevant aspects;

3. Requires certain understanding and practical experience in the bioinformation analysis process;

4. With strong self-learning abilities and capabilities to analyze and solve problems.

5. Familiar with Linux system and at least 1-2 programming languages perl/ Python /C/C++;

6. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. · Biology/ bioinformation related professions.
