职位描述

1. According to the group's strategic planning in Japan and South Korea, carried out the overall business layout, business strategy design and task objectives decomposition, deployment and implementation in the region;

2. Connect with local government, key enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions for business promotion and business cooperation, and continuously improve the popularity and influence of BGI in the region;

3. Explore the local market situation, explore the potential development opportunities of each business of BGI, form commercial feasibility plans and negotiate with relevant internal and external departments and promote their implementation;

4. Summarize the regional business development experience and key methods, carry out capacity accumulation, talent cultivation and empowerment, and provide experience output for the international development of BGI in other countries/regions overseas;

5. Participated in major local conferences and foreign affairs activities on behalf of BGI, planned and implemented large-scale industry conferences and marketing activities.

任职要求

1.Master 's Degree in biology, medicine or related field, studying in Japan or South Korea is preferred;

2. At least 5 years working experience in business development, including at least 3 years working experience in Japan and South Korea, have local government and industry resources, and plan long-term development in Japan and South Korea;

3. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer relationship building skills and business negotiation skills;

4. Chinese who can use Japanese/Korean as working language, or foreigner who love Chinese culture and have excellent written and oral communication skills in Both Chinese and English;

5, strong pressure resistance, accept frequent international business trips.
