Job Scope: Provide applications support (pre-sales and post-sales support) to customers in Australia. Collaborate across sales/marketing teams to develop, implement, and manage business strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and conduct customer training & distributor training for products and assays.

2. Perform experiment design and optimization to support customer with the most suitable solution.

3. Troubleshoot issues related to experimental design, data processing, software operation, sample preparation and chemical reaction. Perform preliminary on-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to corresponding company department or personnel.

4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

5. Support sales efforts through technical presentations, customer management or organizing seminar.

6. Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams

7. Proactively share experience, knowledge and skills to peers and help to build an organization with strong professionalism. Coach and mentor new hires as needed.

任职要求

Education: 1. Master or PHD in life science field (Genetics, Molecular Biology and Biomedical engineering) is preferred.

Experience / Skill:

1. Minimal 5 years relevant experience of application support, technical support, R&D or related work in the life science industry.

2. At least 3 years of experience in NGS field,expertise in operating molecular & NGS experiment and design the work flow.

3. Have the experience of scientific research and clinical transformation, familiar with the principle of DNBSEQ technology.

4. Have the experience in leading and doing the management of the national project/KOL project in NGS field.

5. Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region up to 70% frequency. For training or occasional special calls, international traveling including China is required.

6. Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
