Career Path：Engineer-Chief Engineer-Senior Management

1. On-site production process maintenance, quality control and management, site management;

2. Improve and innovate the production process technology, improve product quality, reduce production costs, and solve the company's production technology bottlenecks;

3. Participate in the transformation of research and development products;

4. Timely write technical patents and assist in filing a patent application.

任职要求

1. Master degree or above.

2. Majors: Materials (Materials Science and Engineering, New Energy Materials and Devices, Metallic Materials, Material Physics, Material Chemistry)/Metallurgy and Chemistry or related majors; Preferably Master's and doctoral research in li-ion cathode materials or precursor materials (NCM, LCO, LimnO4, LFP, etc.);

3. Fluent in English for daily communication;

4. Proficient in use of office software;

5. Strong logical thinking and good team spirit, and interested in exploring new things;

6. Principled, hardworking and pragmatic, strong sense of responsibility;

7. Preferably with permanent residency abroad.
